The following is necessary for all members to complete, at least in part, before they can be considered for House Membership. This mostly allows me to best understand the character concept to join for a smoother placement, or so that I have information helpful for future TPs associated with or within the House itself. Certain questions, which are specified, are on a voluntary basis only and answers to them are not required for membership.

For convenience, I've made this application into a form. However, if you would feel better taking the questions and answering them in the body of an email, that is perfectly acceptable: dreamwalker@stormloader.com.
